Bruce did a great job remodeling our 1985 lake house. He had previously turned our lower level storage room into a bedroom which included an expansion which allowed him to install a full-size shower. For our recent reno, he gutted the lower level, redesigned the kitchen layout, added a usable eating area which included extra storage and replaced the old cedar focus wall with the updated rustic look we wanted. The whole lower level was designed around the unusual flooring we picked out which he laid. He tied that look into the redesigned staircase which also included tearing out more cedar and adding wrought iron spindles. Upstairs he tore out more cedar, replacing it with crisp, clean drywall along with new windows. The main upstairs project was redesigning the master bath. After listening to our needs, he came up with the perfect layout for our beautiful new bathroom. After replacing a bedroom window and all the sliding glass doors in the house, the project was complete. The house that Allison Technical Contract Service built for us is differently the best construction house house that we have ever built. The quality if work was excellent. and Bruce is great to work with. We have continued to use Allison Tech for other project that we a have done and just recently we had a lighting strike to the same house.
